ORBISTAR® PRO는 오비탈 자동용접에서 전극 끝 형상과 품질을 항상 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 자동 연마 공정으로 마감된 프리미엄 전극입니다.
전극 팁 형상이 균일하게 관리되어 아크 안정성과 용접 결과의 재현성 확보에 도움이 되며 레이저 각인을 적용해 전극 식별이 쉽고 기존 컬러 코딩 방식에서 발생할 수 있는 용접부 오염 위험을 줄일 수 있습니다. 또한 견고한 박스 포장으로 보관과 운송 과정에서도 전극 컨디션을 안정적으로 유지하실 수 있고, 필요 시 전용 집게를 함께 사용하시면 전극을 꺼내고 장착하는 과정에서도 오염 가능성을 더 낮추실 수 있습니다.

ORBISTAR® ARC는 수동 연마 전극의 번거로움을 줄이면서 비용 효율까지 고려한 표준 작업용 전극입니다.
전극 팁을 CNC 가공으로 일정하게 제작해 결과가 예측 가능하고 준비된 상태로 바로 사용하실 수 있어 전극 준비 시간을 크게 줄이는 데 도움이 됩니다. 또한 레이저 각인과 프리미엄 포장 구성은 제외하고 견고한 플라스틱 백 포장으로 제공되어 비용 부담을 낮추면서도 표준화된 오비탈 용접 작업에서 안정적인 품질과 작업 효율을 기대하실 수 있습니다
