ALUSTAR® TFT는 박스에서 꺼내 바로 알루미늄 AC 용접에 적용할 수 있도록 전극 팁이 일정하게 라운딩된 형태로 제공되는 타입입니다.
라운딩 팁을 기반으로 아크가 안정적으로 형성되도록 돕고 결과의 반복 재현성을 목표로 합니다. 자동화 용접 환경에 특히 잘 맞으며 미세 비드 작업이나 얇은 두께의 소재를 용접할 때처럼 아크가 민감한 조건에서도 안정적인 결과를 기대하실 수 있습니다
[ ALUSTAR® PRO]
ALUSTAR® PRO는 알루미늄 AC 용접에서 아크 형성이 빠르고 제어가 정교해지도록 프리 그라인딩된 팁 형태로 제공되는 제품입니다.
생산성과 품질이 모두 중요한 적용 분야를 대상으로 하며 TFT와 함께 고난도 알루미늄 용접 작업에서 권장되는 포지션입니다. 또한 레이저 각인을 적용해 기존 컬러 코딩 방식에서 발생할 수 있는 오염 가능성을 줄이는 방향으로 구성되어 있어 품질 관리와 작업 신뢰성을 강화하려는 현장에 적합합니다.
